Imarishwa Mental Wellness is a counselling, training and consultancy practice based in Eldoret, Kenya, serving clients across the country.
Why We Exist
Imarishwa was founded on a simple observation: the people who hold organisations, congregations and families together are rarely given anywhere to put down what they are carrying. We built a practice that serves both ends of that — the individual in the room, and the system around them.
What We Hold To
Confidentiality without exception
Clinical work stays in the clinical record. Nothing about a session reaches an employer.

Dr. Jane N. Kariuki
Founder & Lead Consultant
Dr. Kariuki founded Imarishwa to bring clinical rigour into the places where people actually spend their days — workplaces, congregations and schools. She advises leadership teams on wellbeing provision and continues to hold a personal counselling caseload.
